Non NYS Social Workers
CSAR (Center for the Study of Affect Regulation) is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. CSAR is provider #1099 and maintains responsibility for the program. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to review the current continuing education requirements for licensure renewal.

Social workers licensed by states non included in the list of states approved by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) must seek approval by their state boards. Many of these states provide a blanket approval for CE credits approved by the American Psychological Association (APA). CSAR is approved by the APA.
